1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DrawWatch ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
DrawWatch is a mobile application that:
- Allows you to track lottery tickets for Powerball, Mega Millions, Millionaire for Life, and Lotto America
- Checks your numbers against official draw results sourced from LotteryData.io
- Provides win notifications, draw reminders, and statistics
- Displays advertisements via Google AdMob
3. Eligibility and Age Requirement
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App
- You must comply with all applicable laws regarding lottery participation in your jurisdiction
- Lottery participation is subject to your local laws and regulations
4. Free App
- DrawWatch is completely free to use
- All features are available to all users at no cost
- The app is ad-supported via Google AdMob
5. No Guarantee of Winning
IMPORTANT: DrawWatch is a tracking and informational tool only:
- Lottery results are completely random
- Past winning numbers do NOT influence future draws
- Hot numbers, statistics, and patterns are for entertainment only
- We make NO GUARANTEES of winning
- This App does not increase your chances of winning
6. Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy:
- Draw results are sourced from LotteryData.io via a secure proxy
- We are not responsible for errors in third-party data
- Always verify winning tickets with official lottery retailers or official lottery websites
- Never rely solely on this App to claim prizes
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate ticket information
- Verify all potential wins with official sources before acting on them
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App
8. Intellectual Property
- DrawWatch and its content are owned by E4 Developers and protected by copyright laws
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App
- Lottery draw data is sourced from public APIs and remains the property of the respective lottery organizations
9. Advertisements
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob:
- Ads help us provide the App for free
- We do not control the content of third-party advertisements
- Interaction with ads is governed by the advertiser's own terms and privacy policies
10. No In-App Purchases
DrawWatch currently has no in-app purchases or paid features. All features are available to all users at no cost. We reserve the right to introduce optional features in the future.
11. Notifications
If you enable notifications:
- You consent to receive local push notifications
- Notifications are generated and delivered locally on your device
- You can disable notifications at any time in the app's Settings
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App
- We are not responsible for missed prizes, data errors, or technical issues
- Our total liability shall not exceed $1.00 USD
13. No Lottery Ticket Purchase
IMPORTANT: DrawWatch does NOT:
- Sell lottery tickets
- Allow you to purchase lottery tickets
- Process any lottery-related financial transactions
- Act as a lottery retailer or agent
You must purchase lottery tickets separately through authorized retailers.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access at any time, modify or discontinue the App without notice, and remove features or change functionality.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App where possible.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Binding arbitration (if negotiation fails)
- Small claims court (for eligible claims)
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the App.

- Multi-State Lottery Association (Powerball, Lotto America)
- Mega Millions Consortium
- New Jersey Lottery or any state lottery organization (Millionaire for Life)
- LotteryData.io (data provider only)
- Any other lottery organization

This App is for entertainment and tracking purposes only. It is not a gambling tool, strategy guide, or prediction system.
By using DrawWatch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
