Introduction

DrawWatch ("the App"), developed and operated by E4 Developers ("we", "our", or "us"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our lottery ticket checker application.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Lottery Tickets: Numbers you enter or scan to check against draw results (Powerball, Mega Millions, Millionaire for Life, and Lotto America)
• App Preferences: Settings such as notification preferences, jackpot alert thresholds, and theme selection
• Birthday Contacts: If you use Lucky Birthday Picks, you grant read-only access to contacts solely to retrieve birth dates for number generation. Contact data is never stored or transmitted.

Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: App interactions, features used, and session duration (collected via AdMob)
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version
• Advertising Data: Ad interactions collected by Google AdMob (see Third-Party Services below)

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Check your lottery tickets against official draw results
• Send you local win notifications and draw reminders (if enabled)
• Display relevant advertisements
• Improve app functionality and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations

Data Storage

• Local Storage: All lottery ticket data is stored locally on your device
• No Cloud Sync: We do not store your ticket numbers on our servers
• No Server Storage: We do not store any personal data on our own servers
• Cache: Draw results are temporarily cached on your device to reduce network calls

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect the following in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy:

• Device identifiers and advertising ID
• Ad interaction data
• General location (country/region)

LotteryData.io API

We fetch official lottery draw results via a Cloudflare Worker proxy from LotteryData.io. Only draw result data is retrieved — we do not send any personal information or ticket numbers to this service.

Notifications

If you enable notifications:

• Notifications require user permission and are processed entirely on your device
• Win notifications are triggered locally when your tickets match winning numbers
• Draw reminders are scheduled locally on your device
• You can disable notifications at any time in Settings

Children's Privacy

DrawWatch is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately.

Data Retention

• Ticket Data: Stored locally until you delete tickets or uninstall the app
• Cached Draw Results: Automatically refreshed; old cache is replaced on update
• Preferences: Stored until you change them or uninstall the app

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data stored locally through the app interface
• Delete: Remove any tickets you have entered at any time
• Opt-Out: Disable win notifications and draw reminders in Settings
• Uninstall: Remove the app and all associated local data at any time

Data Security

• All ticket data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted
• API calls use secure HTTPS connections
• Our API key is stored server-side and is never included in the app binary

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
